When we reconnect to our inner voice and inner authority we feel more fulfilled and aligned to the life we work so hard to create.
I love helping people reconnect with their self-trust and self-worth, so that we can live and lead in a way that doesn't require us to leave ourselves behind.
And from this place, everyone benefits - families, workplaces and the world in which we all live.
We've been taught to look for answers outside of ourselves.
The longest journey I ever took was from my head back to myself. Because for much of my life, I believed my worth came from what I achieved.
There was a time when I had everything I'd spent years working towards - a meaningful career, a beautiful family, work that that mattered and a life I was deeply grateful for.
And yet, I was so exhausted and overwhelmed that I couldn't fully feel any of it.
Today, I see that same longing in many women.
They are deeply committed, thoughtful and empathic, and really care about making a difference in the world.
Yet somewhere along the way, they have left parts of themselves behind.
So busy achieving, supporting everyone else and holding everything together that they've lost connection with the woman beneath the demands of all the roles they perform.
I know, because I lived that too.
From the outside, my life looked full and successful.
But inside, I was carrying an invisible mental and emotional load, becoming more and more exhausted.
I had become very good at achieving.
I just wasn't very good at receiving the life I had worked so hard to build.
It eventually culminated in hospitalisation, as well as significant burnout.
For the first time, I realised that no amount of achievement, overthinking or pushing through could give me what I was searching for.
The path forward wasn't another strategy, professional development program, qualification or mindset shift.
It was learning to slow down, listen to my body and rebuild a relationship with myself.
That journey transformed not only how I live, but how I lead, parent, work and move through the world.
Today, I combine more than twenty years of leadership experience with career and leadership coaching, women's embodiment practices and nervous system wisdom to support individuals and teams to reconnect with themselves and their inner leader so they can stop leaving themselves behind.

Lived Experience
Growing up in a high-performance sporting family, building a career spanning more than twenty years in leadership, navigating burnout and health challenges, and ultimately finding my way back to myself isn't just my story - it is the foundation of my work.
I know what it feels like to carry the invisible mental and emotional load, to be carrying so much and being so bus and exhausted that I can't even feel the benefit of my own success.
And I also know that there is a different way.
An Integrated Approach
My work brings together three interconnected areas:
- Twenty years of experience in HR, organisational develop, leadership and change management.
- Co-founding a boutique career & leadership coaching business.
- Women's embodiment and somatic practices designed specifically for the female body and nervous system.
And a deep understanding of how sustainable change happens - not through more pressure or performance, but by reconnecting women with their inner steadiness, wisdom and self-trust.
How I Work
Sustainable and meaningful change doesn't happen through insight alone.
My approach brings together three interconnected areas:
Identity and Self-Leadership
This work fits the 80/20 rule - it's 80% inner work and 20% outer work. Once you're anchored in your own inner leader - your inner authority - leading yourself and others becomes far more sustainable and meaningful.
Nervous System Restoration and Expansion
Growth doesn't come from pushing harder - it comes from safety. When your nervous system feels safe enough to settle, real and sustainable expansion becomes possible.
Embodiment
Who you are being is just as important as what you are doing. This is the inside out approach: your connection to yourself comes first - not what you do.
“When we leave ourselves behind, success stops feeling like success - no matter how it looks on the outside. It is not true success if it doesn't also feel sustainable and meaningful on the inside”
— Nicole Ursu
The women who find their way to me usually arrive with a sense that something isn’t quite right, even if they can’t name what that is. If you can feel this stirring within you, or these words have opened up a curiosity - I would love to have a conversation.
